15 April 2025 | Min Read In 13 friends, including Edward who already knew Jeet, we made this trip to India, starting from Varanasi and then moving to Prayagrai to participate in the Maha Kumbh Mela, a truly incredible experience.Jeet and his son Awnish accompanied us, explaining the importance of this pilgrimage and sharing its meaning. From there we went to Khajuraho, Orchha, Agra, Mathura, Jaipur and finally Delhi. All the trip we did with a brand new bus, always accompanied by our guides who also acted as translators for every occasion. They had organized all the visits to the most important sites and cities with extremely efficient guides that allowed us to learn not only about the history of the sites but also about Indian culture and that were all very helpful to answer our continuous questions of history, religion costume.I have to say that it was all impeccable, in the end Jeet and Awnish had become an integral part of the group and we left with the promise of returning soon to visit another piece of this incredible country that captivated my heart with its beauty and especially with the infinite kindness of its inhabitants
